We consider such factors as market competition, current rental rates, landlord concessions, tenant improvement allowances, vacancies, building strengths and weaknesses, tenant mix and building history in determining how to position the property in the market place and attract suitable tenants. Our effort goes beyond simply leasing space. We use our contacts, affiliations and data base to identify tenants that will contribute to the overall success of the facility. Placing the right tenant in the right building will contribute to a mutually satisfactory relationship between tenant and landlord.
Tenant Representation
