DevMan Company, L.C. was founded in 1981 to provide development, management and leasing services to the medical community. Our early efforts were the successful development of physician owned and occupied medical office projects. In fact, the name DevMan was derived from the words Development and Management; because we developed, then managed facilities for our physician clients. Recognizing healthcare providers have unique requirements, the DevMan Company, L.C. was formed to specialize in serving their real estate needs. The founding partners built the company on a firm foundation - years of experience in Arizona commercial real estate and an extensive background in medical administration.
